Tiffany Holden is the lead clinician and founder of The Mental Health Triage and practices with over 8 years of clinical experience in community behavioral health. Her education and training have led her to study abroad in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she collaborated with NGOs to address social determinants of health and health inequality.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach is to help individuals and couples overcome struggles in their emotional well-being and embrace new perspectives and "tools". The goal of therapy is to grow and change to experience life and relationships in a more positive, wholehearted way.

I firmly believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for change to occur in therapy. Thus, I stress forming strong relationships with the clients I work with. I specialize in working with athletes, but also young adults, men, and individuals who enjoy being reflective.
