I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have spent the last 44 years in the field of mental health and substance use doing direct service, supervision, management, and consulting. I have training and skills in a variety of evidence-based treatments, including the Gottman Method for relationships, DBT, CBT, Exposure therapy, and other modalities.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults facing complex challenges including the mental health effects of incarceration and rebuilding life afterward. I support family members of those struggling with addiction or incarceration, and parents of children with behavioral issues.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches as I feel they help the client achieve their goals quickly by changing how we think about external stimuli.
