I employ a reality-based and solution-focused approach to practice, incorporating Cognitive/Behavioral and Neo-Psychodynamic theory to guide the treatment experience.

I have an eclectic approach to therapy, meaning I tailor my approach to each client. Focus areas in my practice include depression, anxiety, trauma, marriage and family counseling, substance use, weight loss, grief, and managing change.
