My path into professional counseling grew out of a series of life experiences that shaped my belief in the inherent capacity of every person to grow, heal, and build self-confidence.

I provide holistic brain-based treatment for enhanced decision making and performance coaching as well as trauma informed therapy to adolescents and adults. This approach allows me to treat PTSD, anxiety and depression but also offers brain-based coaching for career challenges, and performance enhancement.
