I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a long career as an educator in the field of school counseling. My path into professional counseling grew out of a series of life experiences that shaped my belief in the inherent capacity of every person to grow, heal, and build self-confidence.

My treatment modalities include; CBT, Trauma focused, Psychodynamic.

I support individuals with chronic illness and their families. My experience includes oncology, hospice, palliative care, and emergency medicine, providing counseling for serious illness, end-of-life care, grief, and life transitions. I also help healthcare and emergency professionals cope with trauma and secondary trauma.

I work with adults and adolescents, helping people lead healthy and productive lives. My focus is on supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, and women's issues.
