I’m Kristin Petersen, and I’ve been a psychotherapist for over 13 years. Throughout my career, my work has taken me through a variety of settings and experiences, allowing me to develop a deep appreciation for the unique stories, strengths, and challenges that each person brings to therapy.

My name is Catherine Avery, and I specialize in ADHD. I have evaluated over 5,000 folks for ADHD and have seen many ADHD adults in therapy. I have 3 children with ADHD, and I have ADHD myself. I have a great deal of knowledge that can help ADHD adults navigate their worlds, and I do so with compassion, knowledge, and a healthy dose of humor.

My approach is rooted in Adlerian psychology, a hopeful framework that focuses on your innate potential for growth.
