I have spent the last several years providing direct care to clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, primarily due to caregiver roles, personal/work responsibilities, chronic illness, and concerns related to aging.

My passion for counseling stems from wanting to help each person learn to achieve their “Best Life”. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. I strongly believe that each person “Lives what they know” and sometimes may struggle to change without help. I want to help each person effect that change within themselves and in their lives.

I am committed to serving marginalized and underserved communities. I specialize in trauma, including intergenerational and racial trauma, women's issues, identity issues, and challenges facing immigrants and refugees. I work with college-age, international, and non-traditional students navigating transitions and cultural adjustments.
