I am licensed in Missouri with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, intimacy-related issues, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes.

I have been providing therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over twenty years. My experience includes providing help with grief, substance abuse, and behavioral counseling. I have been a provider in a variety of settings that include residential facilities, hospital clinics, and correctional institutions.

I am Tina. I work with older and middle-aged adults navigating life transitions, grief, and emotional challenges. My experience includes skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, hospice care, private practice, and inpatient addiction treatment.

I consider myself a reality and eclectic therapist, using a variety of therapeutic methods. I often work with people who have anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and communication issues. Most of my clients consider me to be easygoing, direct, encouraging, and without judgment.
