I work with all ages in addictions, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, and suicidal ideations. We all experience unwanted circumstances, emotions, and addictions that are difficult to handle alone. What has been harmed in relationship with others must be healed with relationship. That's where I come in.

I have been providing therapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over twenty years. My experience includes providing help with grief, substance abuse, and behavioral counseling. I have been a provider in a variety of settings that include residential facilities, hospital clinics, and correctional institutions.

I'm open to helping all clients with all problems, issues, and temperaments. I prioritize engaging and building rapport through listening, reflecting, and understanding a person's issues. From there we collaborate in exploring and identifying the problems creating stress, anxiety, sadness, and other emotions.
