We all experience unwanted circumstances, emotions, and addictions that are difficult to handle alone. What has been harmed in relationship with others must be healed with relationship. Life is hard. Reaching out for help is a huge step, especially when you are in the lows of depression or throes of anxiety. While in-person therapy has many upsides, teletherapy is accessible and convenient. I currently offer teletherapy only to clients located in Utah, Kansas, and Missouri.
