Working in mental health for the last 20 years, I work through the use of CBT, DBT, and Gestalt techniques to treat my patients through a solution-focused lens. Our work focuses on positive psychology tools to rebuild self-esteem, increase insight, reconnect with personal spirituality, and identify and address core issues.
