I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I'm very eclectic, but work with ages 12-80, specializing in CBT, EMDR, OCD, and Anger Management.

The relationship between counselor and individual is key, so I spend time getting to know you and build trust. I believe everyone has the power to promote change, but sometimes we need guidance. I offer a non-judgmental atmosphere.

I originally did work in art therapies and somatic awareness. My style is reflective and directive, and I will give you tools to practice each week. You set the goals, and I will guide you in that direction. I also train and supervise other therapists to become professionally licensed.
