I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, and parenting issues, including parents with Special Needs children. I tend to use an eclectic approach, with many of the interventions coming from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a foundation in Motivational Interviewing. And, Heavy on Socratic Questioning. I focus diagnostically on mild to moderate anxiety and depression, as well as have experience in the more traditionally persistent diagnoses.
