I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, and family/relationship issues. I graduated from Fordham University in 2017 with an MSW and have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health facilities.

I am an LMHC in the states of IN and NY and a MBCT utilizing solution focused, mindfulness based strategies, motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment, trust based relational interventions, person centered, humanistic, existential, family centered treatment.
