I tend to use an eclectic approach, with many of the interventions coming from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a foundation in Motivational Interviewing. And, Heavy on Socratic Questioning. I focus diagnostically on mild to moderate anxiety and depression, as well as have experience in the more traditionally persistent diagnoses.

I am a university professor (Long Island University; formerly Western Kentucky University) who trains doctoral clinicians, a researcher with 20+ publications, and a therapist with 15+ years of experience.
