I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Financial Social Worker. I provide practical, goal-focused therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges, helping clients build emotional resilience and meaningful change.

I tend to use an eclectic approach, with many of the interventions coming from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a foundation in Motivational Interviewing. And, Heavy on Socratic Questioning. I focus diagnostically on mild to moderate anxiety and depression, as well as have experience in the more traditionally persistent diagnoses.
