I am a Latinx clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue meaningful change. I bring a compassionate, client-centered approach to my work, focusing on helping people build healthier patterns, strengthen coping skills, and connect with their own resilience.

As a Clinical Social Worker in practice for over 10 years, I believe that the way I present and what I bring to the table as a therapist contribute to how clients engage with me. I listen deeply and center each client’s needs by meeting them where they are; co-creating a plan of care for success in their life.

I'm a social worker with experience working with individuals and groups across the lifespan. My approach is holistic, relational, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I'm also a certified yoga instructor who believes in focusing on the whole individual (mind AND body), not just their circumstances.

I work with individuals and families across life transitions. My focus is helping clients feel confident managing their challenges, supported in coping with their thoughts and feelings, and empowered to regain their sense of centeredness and control.

I am a therapist in the human services field. My practice focuses on supporting individuals in understanding their experiences and making adjustments as needed.

Starting therapy can feel both hopeful and intimidating. My goal is to make that first step easier by offering a space where you can show up as you are. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we'll build clarity, skills, and self-compassion.

I tend to use an eclectic approach, with many of the interventions coming from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and a foundation in Motivational Interviewing. And, Heavy on Socratic Questioning. I focus diagnostically on mild to moderate anxiety and depression, as well as have experience in the more traditionally persistent diagnoses.

Taking the first step in contacting a mental health professional can be very hard and scary. As a Black and Hispanic Woman, I know how much harder that step can be as a person of color. Everyone deserves a warm and safe space to be able to tell their truths, and that is what I aim to provide.
