I have experience working with a range of populations. I view each individual as the expert of their story. I recognize the ways that systemic oppression: racism, anti-blackness, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, and ableism actively cause harm. I take great pride in offering services to BIPOC, QTPOC, TGNC, and individuals.

I moved to the US at nine without knowing the language and struggled to connect with others, leading to depression. In my culture and family, depression 'doesn't exist,' which left me feeling isolated. After overcoming that depressive state, I dedicated myself to helping others in similar situations.

I'm positively challenged by working with clients of varying ages and stages in life. My practice focuses on your whole life story, including family, interests, and personal characteristics.
