I have a PhD and LCSW and have specialty certification in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and nature informed practice. I have a unique little woodland oasis that regulates your nervous system while you heal, much differently than a therapy "office."

Having worked in various settings including in-home, school-based and outpatient, I know therapy is never a “one size fits all” approach. I meet clients where they are, and that starts with a building a strong therapeutic rapport and showing up empathically and authentically.
