I'm passionate about working with people individually to explore their strengths and overcome obstacles. I have a teenage daughter and two pit bulls who keep me busy. I take special interest in how trauma, substance use, mental health, and our perceptions affect our behavior and the world around us.

I’m a Psychotherapist and the founder of Balanced Breath Psychotherapy, where I focus on perinatal mental health and infertility support. I work with women through the emotional ups and downs of trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum, so they don’t have to navigate those deeply personal experiences alone.

I incorporate multicultural concepts into each case because culture greatly influences how we interact with others and helps define our strengths.
