I became a therapist after realizing, through my own recovery and spiritual journey, that people heal best when supported to look deeply inward. I pair experiential methods like Psychodrama and Brainspotting with trauma-focused therapies and prayer-healing models to help clients release old wounds and step into clarity, healing, and purpose.

I discovered social work through my sister's chronic childhood illness. The hospital social worker who worked with my sister and family showed me the compassion needed in caring for families facing unanticipated difficulties. As a child, I knew I wanted to help others process difficult life experiences.

I worked for many years in hospital inpatient psychiatric units and provided outpatient therapy.
