I prefer the informal first-name approach, so please call me Jan. I'm drawn to Family Systems Theory because it honors both individual and relationship dynamics. I work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and self-esteem issues.

I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Medaille College. I have experience in both inpatient and private practice.
