I use a person-centered, humanistic approach in therapy, being genuine with my clients and helping them through giving my clinical perspective on their situation, so that they may be strengthened and gain problem-solving strategies to resolve the problems in their lives.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CASAC-T who provides warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental care for adolescents and adults. I use CBT, ACT and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build coping skills, navigate stress and create meaningful, lasting change.
