Welcome! I am happy to offer telehealth, in-person and hybrid therapy in NY. I have a PhD and LCSW and have specialty certification in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and nature informed practice. I have a unique little woodland oasis that regulates your nervous system while you heal, much differently than a therapy "office."

I work with people who have noticed patterns of thinking, feeling, or acting that are getting in the way of relationships, work, goals, or other areas of life. Often, these patterns stem from trauma or other adverse childhood experiences that get us stuck. My goal is to help you explore how these patterns developed and get unstuck.
