I have maintained a private counseling practice since 2000, and I continue to work with individuals and families in that capacity. I have dedicated my career to helping others and to working with the community to ensure the well-being of families and children.

I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH: a city that taught the magic of Autumn to my Caribbean soul. I specialize in Health Across the Lifespan and have used it in a variety of settings, including university counseling settings, nursing homes, ALFs, hospitals, primary care, and outpatient clinics.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with a master’s in social work from OSU. For over 10+ years, I have worked in the mental health field with several populations and settings. My mission is to create a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you work toward healing and self-acceptance.

I've been dedicated to supporting individuals through outpatient therapy. I focus on both mental health and substance abuse and have experience in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, BPD, and substance abuse.

I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. I've spent years providing crisis care to children, teens, and families, and working with adults facing complex mental health challenges. When I'm not in session, I'm spending time with my family and planning my next adventure.
