My practice is practical and skills-based, using CBT, REBT, mindfulness, and behavioral strategies to help clients build autonomy, resilience, and real-world functioning.

I have maintained a private counseling practice since 2000, and I continue to work with individuals and families in that capacity. I have dedicated my career to helping others and to working with the community to ensure the well-being of families and children.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help my clients find positive solutions to start feeling better.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I specialize in supporting adults aged 20 and older. I am committed to providing quality care in a safe, welcoming environment, helping clients navigate personal challenges and fostering meaningful change through compassionate, tailored therapy.
