I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with seasoned experience in every level of mental healthcare. I have worked in community mental health, crisis counseling, inpatient settings and Intensive Outpatient programs with extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma and problems in relationships.

I am licensed in Oklahoma and Oregon with 6 years of professional counseling work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, self esteem, Autism and other neurodivergent populations, and various career difficulties.

My approach is to listen with compassion and understanding, and the knowledge that when someone takes the step to come to therapy, they do so from a position of strength. Understandably, it can also be very uncomfortable to divulge so much about yourself to a stranger, and with that, I honor and acknowledge that you have taken that step.
