My practice focuses on gentle, evidence-based approaches that empower you to reconnect with your strengths, process what’s been overwhelming, and move toward healing.

I’ve been a licensed provider since 2013. I support adults working through anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges by helping them understand their nervous system, shift maladaptive patterns, and build lasting skills. Our work creates a steady, honest space for meaningful, sustainable change.

Healing trauma and experiencing lasting change is possible. Mindful Therapy & Breathwork focuses on the body and its sensations as the core of therapy. Instead of changing through thought alone, somatic therapy works from the bottom up, connecting with your body's intuition to address emotional, sexual, or relational issues.

My approach is to listen with compassion and understanding, and the knowledge that when someone takes the step to come to therapy, they do so from a position of strength. Understandably, it can also be very uncomfortable to divulge so much about yourself to a stranger, and with that, I honor and acknowledge that you have taken that step.

As an AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) person, I understand firsthand that neurodivergent individuals often need a different approach for therapy to be successful.
