I grew up in a Latino family, surrounded by military members, and spent summers with my mom on communes in Oregon. This gave me a wide understanding of humankind. I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.

I approach counseling as a collaborative relationship in a supportive, safe environment. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflict, parenting, and women's issues.
