I will meet you where you are in a non-judgmental and supportive way to explore what brings you to counseling and what changes you hope to achieve. My goal is to support you in achieving lasting positive change.

I work with adolescents and adults to help them achieve their therapeutic goals using a holistic approach. When I'm not practicing therapy, I enjoy gardening, being outside, listening to music, and spending time with friends and family.

I offer culturally focused care to BIPOC clients—Black, Indigenous, or People of color or culture. My specialty is working with Native American Indians and Indigenous peoples. I am a trauma treatment specialist and skilled co-occurring provider. I also help professionals, first responders, and those needing help with vicarious trauma.

You might be someone who feels anxious, overwhelmed, or impacted by experiences that still don’t quite feel resolved within you. A lot of the girls and women I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, body image struggles, or relationship patterns they don't fully understand.

My approach is to listen with compassion and understanding, and the knowledge that when someone takes the step to come to therapy, they do so from a position of strength. Understandably, it can also be very uncomfortable to divulge so much about yourself to a stranger, and with that, I honor and acknowledge that you have taken that step.
