Instead of changing through thought alone, somatic therapy works from the bottom up, connecting with your body's intuition to address emotional, sexual, or relational issues.

As a client-centered therapist, I strive to understand your narrative to utilize theories and approaches to therapy that best fit with your needs. These theories include, but are not limited to, Trauma-informed person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR.

I am an LPC and have earned the NBCC. I enjoy spending time with my dog, cats, and chickens. My kids are adults, but I try to spend as much time with them as possible. My approach is to set clear goals for myself and my clients and treat every session as an opportunity to make progress.
