I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania. I am also a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in the state of Kansas. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, and I embrace supporting adults and adolescents by empowering individuals through a collaborative care model.

I offer a compassionate, strength-based approach specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. I work with individuals, couples, and families in a nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore challenges and strengths. I specialize in perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, birth trauma, psychosis, fertility concerns, and perinatal loss. Other specialties include women's issues, ADHD in women, complex trauma, and healing from toxic relationships. I also work with young adults transitioning into the next phase of life.

We all experience periods in our lives in which we may not have all the answers or make the right choices. At times, we may also feel that no one can understand or relate to us due to our individual differences. My diverse background and resiliency have assisted in my ability to relate to individuals regardless of their socioeconomic status.
