I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of PA. I've been working in the mental health field for over 15 years. I help people identify their triggers and delve into their past to learn how their thoughts affect their behaviors. I try to help people feel confident in their ability to overcome life's challenges and normalize emotions.

I have professional experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to therapy can take courage, and I'm proud of you for doing so!

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and elderly adults across a wide range of issues. I have experience supporting first responders in both crisis and therapeutic settings. I specialize in domestic violence, sexual trauma, and human trafficking.
