I’m passionate about helping people give voice to their inner world—whether it feels like a peaceful zen garden, a tangled set of headphones, or a chaotic group chat of competing thoughts. I specialize in perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, birth trauma, psychosis, fertility concerns, and perinatal loss. Other specialties include women's issues, ADHD in women, complex trauma, and healing from toxic relationships. I also work with young adults transitioning into the next phase of life.
