I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in SC, recently retired from 13 years of serving Veterans in and around York. SC. Before this, I worked with a large medical group in ND from 2007-2012. My areas of clinical focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral health issues, including chronic pain. Now I work in private practice.

By looking at both conscious and unconscious beliefs, you can choose more adaptive beliefs and combine them with new behaviors, which creates a whole new reality. I also understand how past traumas impact how you approach the present moment, and I will address these root issues.

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, abuse, grief, and family issues through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-focused therapy modalities. My goal in counseling is to meet you where you are and help you move to where you want to be.
