My pronouns are (she/her). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the states of NC, SC and VA.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals better understand the patterns and stressors contributing to feeling overwhelmed or emotionally drained while working collaboratively to develop the skills needed to more effectively manage life’s challenges.
