I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience. I’m licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. My experience began in a dual-diagnosis hospital with adolescents facing chronic illness and mental health challenges. "Social work chose me as a way to live out my purpose of helping others find hope and healing".

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am passionate about empowering individuals and couples as they navigate life transitions and work toward relational healing. My specialties include sex therapy and support for desire disparity, infidelity recovery, couples communication and conflict repair.

My pronouns are (she/her). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the states of NC, SC and VA.
