The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. My specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence.

I bring over 20 years of diverse experience, shaped by extensive training, interdisciplinary education, and a passion for helping others live empowered, fulfilling lives.

I work with adults, adolescents, families, and couples facing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting challenges, grief and loss, gender identity, sexual trauma, and ADHD. I am an independent licensed social worker in clinical practice. My previous work experience has been in mental health in the community and the prison system. I have also worked in a hospice providing grief counseling.

I am passionate about helping others. I work with individuals coping with a variety of challenges in their lives, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, trauma, grief and loss, and personal growth.
