I’m a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping clients feel safe, grounded, and supported as they work through difficult experiences. My practice focuses on gentle, evidence-based approaches that empower you to reconnect with your strengths, process what’s been overwhelming, and move toward healing.

I take a personalized approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are with compassion and practical strategies. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, as well as depression and anxiety, but I also work with a wide range of concerns. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and navigate life's challenges with confidence.

My pronouns are (she/her). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the states of NC, SC and VA.
