A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I help individuals, couples, and teens strengthen connections, build confidence, and navigate life's transitions with compassion and evidence-based care. Together, we'll create a safe space where healing and growth can begin.
