I am an LPC, licensed in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. I have been working in the field of counseling for 15 years. I use many forms of therapy but, I am a strong believer in two evidenced-based theories i.e. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Theory (CPT).

I help people with change. Maybe you lost your job, a loved one, a vision of the future, and you need to adapt. Or perhaps you want things to change. You want to start or stop doing something. Alicia Thomas, MS, LPC specializes in working with teens (17+) and adults. Her goal is to partner with her clients as they travel on their journey to healing from trauma, grief, relationship issues, and depression. In working with Alicia, you can expect a personalized experience based on your background, needs, and goals.
