I am an independent licensed social worker in clinical practice. My previous work experience has been in mental health in the community and the prison system. I have also worked in a hospice providing grief counseling.

My passion as a therapist is helping individuals step into the best version of themselves. "Therapy isn't about changing who you are, it's about unlocking the best in you that's already there."
