With the use of CBT, I assist clients with identifying, addressing, and learning coping strategies to manage their current struggles. I have spent the last several years providing direct care to clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression, primarily due to caregiver roles, personal/work responsibilities, chronic illness, and concerns related to aging.

The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. My specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence.
