I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience. I’m licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. My experience began in a dual-diagnosis hospital with adolescents facing chronic illness and mental health challenges. "Social work chose me as a way to live out my purpose of helping others find hope and healing".

I believe everyone is doing their best with what they know, and we're all capable of learning healthier ways of being. I work with adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and challenges managing behaviors and emotions.
