I bring over 20 years of diverse experience, shaped by extensive training, interdisciplinary education, and a passion for helping others live empowered, fulfilling lives.

I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to my clients. Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance dependence, with a specialized focus on trauma.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 11 years of experience. I’m licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. My experience began in a dual-diagnosis hospital with adolescents facing chronic illness and mental health challenges. "Social work chose me as a way to live out my purpose of helping others find hope and healing".

A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I help individuals navigate life's challenges with a deep commitment to transformative growth. My passion for mental health stems from my own experiences overcoming depression and anxiety through therapy and healing practices. I bring warmth and understanding to every session.
