My practice focuses on empowering individuals of all ages to overcome barriers, build resilience, and bloom.

An LISW-CP, a clinical psychotherapist and U.S. Air Force veteran with nearly two decades of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through trauma, transition, and transformation. She meets clients where they are with assertive warmth, compassion and inspiration.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you're a child struggling with anxiety, a teenager navigating friendships and school pressures, an adult facing life's transitions, or an educator or therapist carrying the weight of helping others, you don't have to face those challenges alone.

My approach is to remain straightforward with my clients. No time like the present! I am strongly skilled in analysis, client-centered, and listening/reflective skills. Much guidance will be given in terms of increasing the quality of your life, and this is accomplished by practicing a positive state of consciousness.
