I have been a Clinical Social Worker for the past 25 years. I am dedicated to helping individuals create a safe space where they can be authentic, open, and fully themselves without fear of judgment. I am naturally thoughtful and compassionate, and I take the time to truly understand your story.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with adjusting to life changes, managing challenging behaviors and thoughts, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction.

I have a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of South Florida and Master’s of Social Work form Saint Leo University, graduating in August 2021. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2021. I am a LISW-CP and I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment provider (C-PD) and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).

I believe everyone can heal from trauma, solve problems, and improve their lives. I help people of all ages find solutions, learn skills, set goals, and manage emotions related to trauma and stress. I've helped clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, anger management, and parenting challenges.

I have lived a long and colorful life. I've made good and bad choices. I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".

My pronouns are (she/her). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the states of NC, SC and VA.
