I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and health-related challenges. As a former middle and high school teacher with a Master's in Education, I also enjoy supporting educators and understand the unique demands of the profession.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am passionate about empowering individuals and couples as they navigate life transitions and work toward relational healing. My specialties include sex therapy and support for desire disparity, infidelity recovery, couples communication and conflict repair.
