My experience began in a dual-diagnosis hospital with adolescents facing chronic illness and mental health challenges. With over 15 years of clinical experience, I am passionate about empowering individuals and couples as they navigate life transitions and work toward relational healing. My specialties include sex therapy and support for desire disparity, infidelity recovery, couples communication and conflict repair.

My pronouns are (she/her). I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC in 2012. I earned a master’s degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2019. I am licensed to practice in the states of NC, SC and VA.

I have lived a long and colorful life. I've made good and bad choices. I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".
