I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with over 17 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and typical life stressors and transitions. My speciality areas include adult survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and domestic violence.

I work with individuals who may be struggling to find hope after trauma, navigating unexpected life transitions, or managing the trials of medical challenges.
